Mini Pizza - Perfect lunch

Mini Pizza
A simple lunch is a good lunch.  My mini pizzas use a commercial pizza base by Nevana, Don hot Hungarian salami, cheese (whatever is in the fridge plus parmesan, chopped tomato, salt and pepper,  crushed tin tomatoes to coat the base.

Preheat the oven to 240C and cook for ten minutes or until deep golden colour. I always use baking paper to make it all less messy.
